If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our computer training DVDs, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. (Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee.)
How to return a training course:
- Contact a Customer Service Representative at 845-558-4423 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or email computercareersllc@yahoo.com.
- Once you have obtained this RMA number place it clearly on the outside of the returning package to ensure prompt processing.*
- Return to Computer Careers LLC for a full refund.
* Each return must be sent to us within 30 days of the invoice date, and must be in like-new condition. Computer Careers LLC reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where more than 50% of the CD-ROMs have been opened.
* eLearning Online courses and eLabs cannot be returned, only credit is given within 15 days of signing up for an online course. Credit is only given if courses have not been viewed. |
